Distribution of Capital Equipment under the categories of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Marketing of Samurdhi Livelihood Program and National Program to Empower 200,000 Samurdhi Families was held on 12.01.2022 under the patronage of Hon. Janaka Wakkumbura, Divisional Secretary of Ayagama and Chairman of Ayagama Pradeshiya Sabha.

2022 New Year Program at Divisional Secretariat Ayagama

2022 Commencement of the duties of Ayagama Divisional Secretariat in the New Year has been held under the auspices of Ayagama Divisional Secretary G.D. Suranga Pradeep Kumara.

After the ceremonial Pirith sermon by the Venerable Sangha, the National Flag is hoisted in the middle of the National Anthem and then the lighting of the Oil Lamp at the Morning Meeting in the Office Auditorium, and announced the Pledge of Allegiance to the Public Service

Program : Coconut Tree distribution among the Grade 1 students in 2022

The program to provide coconut seedlings to the children to be get in to the first grade of the year  of 2022 was held on 05.01.2022 at Udugala College and Pallekada College under the patronage of the Divisional Secretary of Ayagama.

Awareness program - Samurdhi Section 

Awareness program on how Samurdhi programs should be implemented in the year 2022 of the Samurdhi Development Department in accordance with the 2022 budget proposals was held at the office auditorium on 27.12.2021 under the patronage of the Divisional Secretary, Ayagama.
